CLIMATE CONSCIOUS BHARAT
Making Climate Consciousness a People’s Movement in Bharat
Climate Conscious Bharat is the flagship public movement of NetZero Planet Foundation, created to make climate consciousness part of everyday life and inspire people to understand their environmental impact, make responsible choices and take practical action.
Our Pathway
Know Your Carbon Number
We know our weight, electricity bill and vehicle mileage but how many of us know our Carbon Footprint?
The NetZero Planet Carbon Calculator helps people understand their impact and identify practical opportunities for reduction.
Take One Climate Pledge
Climate action can begin with one achievable change; save energy, conserve water, reduce waste, avoid unnecessary single use plastic, consume responsibly, repair and reuse, plant and care for trees, and adopt Climate Smart Agriculture.
Become a Climate Ambassador
Climate Ambassadors are voluntary citizens who act personally, create awareness and inspire others to begin their climate conscious journey.
Beginning from Odisha, we aspire to progressively build this network across rural and urban Bharat.
Climate Conscious Institutions
We invite schools, colleges, communities, social organisations and workplaces to join the movement and multiply climate action through their networks.
Beginning in Odisha. Aspiring for Bharat.
Our long term aspiration is to take climate consciousness to every state, district, city, block, Gram Panchayat and community; not necessarily through offices everywhere, but through conscious people everywhere.
Small Choices. Big Change.
Know Your Impact → Calculate Your Carbon Footprint → Take a Pledge → Act → Inspire
