Mobilise Your Network. Inspire Communities. Become Part of Climate Conscious Bharat.
Climate action becomes stronger when organisations bring people together.
NGOs, trusts, foundations, associations, clubs, professional bodies, community groups and other organisations already have something valuable, a connection with people and communities.
Through Climate Conscious Bharat, NetZero Planet Foundation invites organisations to join a growing voluntary network working to make climate consciousness part of everyday life.
Your Organisation Connects People. Together, We Can Turn Those Connections Into Climate Action.
Eligible organisations may include:
Participation is voluntary, inclusive, non political and climate focused.
A Climate Conscious Organisation is a participating organisation that voluntarily works to increase climate awareness among its members and communities and encourages practical environmental responsibility.
Participation does not mean that an organisation has achieved Net Zero, received independent sustainability certification or obtained environmental accreditation.
Every organisation is different. Choose activities that are practical, locally relevant and achievable.
Conduct awareness programmes and conversations on climate change, Carbon Footprint, responsible consumption, energy, water, waste, trees, biodiversity and climate conscious living.
Encourage members and communities to understand their estimated Carbon Footprint.
Encourage each participant to choose one realistic action; save energy or water, reduce food waste, use lower impact mobility where practical, consume responsibly, repair and reuse, reduce waste, or plant and care for appropriate trees.
Develop local Climate Ambassadors who can take climate awareness deeper into their communities.
Conduct Foundation approved awareness activities in villages, communities, markets, parks, schools, colleges, workplaces and other appropriate spaces, subject to relevant permissions.
Organisations can select environmental actions based on local needs:
Active organisations can help build climate consciousness within a local community:
This can connect directly with the Climate Conscious Community programme.
Each participating organisation should nominate at least one Climate Coordinator to:
Participating organisations can receive digital resources such as:
These resources help organisations communicate a consistent and responsible climate message.

Registration with Climate Conscious Bharat indicates an organisation's interest in participating in the programme.
It does not automatically create a legal partnership, funding arrangement, CSR implementation relationship, agency, affiliation or authority to represent NetZero Planet Foundation.
Any formal partnership requires separate review and written agreement where applicable.
Participating organisations must follow Foundation brand guidelines and should not independently fundraise using the Foundation's name, issue Foundation certificates, claim to be a branch or authorised CSR partner, make unsupported Net Zero/carbon neutral claims using the Foundation's identity, or modify the Foundation's logo.
Approved participation material may identify an organisation as:
βParticipating Organisation β Climate Conscious Bharat, an initiative of NetZero Planet Foundation.β
Participating organisations can share successful local approaches and learn from one another.
Experienced organisations interested in becoming formal implementation or programme partners can be considered through a separate due diligence and partnership process, including defined responsibilities, reporting requirements, governance and written agreements.
No single organisation can build a climate conscious nation alone. A connected network of organisations and citizens can help climate consciousness become part of everyday life.
You don't need to begin with a large project.
Let's work together for a sustainable, prosperous and climate conscious Bharat.
