07 | Tree Plantation & Long Term Care
Planting Is the Beginning. Survival Is the Responsibility.
Our current plantation programmes focus on protected, area based Miyawaki plantations in suitable locations, using native and locally appropriate species with whole site protection, maintenance and monitoring.
Where included in the project scope, structured multi year maintenance and monitoring can be incorporated from the beginning.
We aim to report not only how many trees were planted, but also where they were planted, how they are being maintained and what monitoring shows.
08 | Urban Greening
Greener Cities. Cooler Communities.
Our current Urban Greening programmes focus on protected, area based Miyawaki plantations in suitable available spaces within cities and their peripheral areas.
Potential locations include schools, hospitals, public institutions, community spaces, parks, corporate campuses and other suitable sites with required permissions.
Projects can integrate native plantation, whole site protection, long term care, biodiversity, monitoring and public climate awareness.
