From Climate Awareness to Measurable Action
Climate awareness becomes meaningful when it leads to action.
At NetZero Planet Foundation, our projects follow a simple philosophy:
From tree plantation and ecological restoration to urban greening, biodiversity, water conservation, waste management, Climate Smart Agriculture and community climate action, our initiatives connect people, nature and practical climate solutions.
Our objective is not simply to conduct activities, but to develop projects that can be implemented, maintained, monitored, measured and transparently reported.

Tree Plantation
Planting Is the Beginning. Survival Is the Responsibility.
Our current plantation programmes focus on protected, area based Miyawaki plantations in suitable locations, with native and locally appropriate species, perimeter protection, long term care and monitoring.
Ecological Restoration
Restoring Nature, Not Just Planting Trees
Ecological restoration goes beyond plantation. We support the recovery of degraded ecosystems through appropriate combinations of existing vegetation protection, natural regeneration, native species restoration, soil and water improvement, habitat restoration and biodiversity enhancement.
Urban Greening
Greener Cities. Cooler Neighbourhoods. Healthier Communities.
Our current Urban Greening projects focus on protected Miyawaki plantations in suitable available spaces within cities and their peripheral areas, rather than roadside plantation.
Projects emphasise native and locally appropriate species, whole site protection, long term maintenance, monitoring and biodiversity development.
Biodiversity
Protecting the Web of Life
Our biodiversity initiatives promote the protection and restoration of native plants, pollinators, birds, butterflies and their habitats through biodiversity gardens, educational programmes, habitat restoration, monitoring and community participation.
We ask not only: “How many trees were planted?”
but also: “What Habitat Was Protected or Restored?”
Water Conservation
Every Drop Matters. Every Choice Counts.
Our water initiatives combine awareness, conservation, rainwater management, waterbody protection, responsible groundwater use and community participation.
Waste Management
Consume Consciously. Waste Less. Recover More.
Our waste programmes begin before waste reaches the dustbin. We promote responsible consumption, waste prevention, reuse, repair, source segregation, recycling and responsible disposal.
Climate Smart Agriculture
Measure Your Farm. Understand Your Impact. Grow Climate Smart.
Our Climate Smart Agriculture initiatives help farmers understand the relationship between farming, Carbon Footprint, soil, water, energy, biodiversity and climate resilience.
Through the Agriculture Carbon Calculator, farmers can estimate relevant farm greenhouse gas emissions, identify major hotspots and explore practical actions appropriate to local farming conditions.
Community Climate Action
Climate Action Begins Where We Live
Through Climate Conscious Bharat, we connect climate awareness directly with individuals, families, villages, Gram Panchayats, urban communities, schools, markets, workplaces and institutions.
Our Climate Ambassador Network helps transform individual awareness into collective local action.
Our Flagship Movement: Climate Conscious Bharat
Making Climate Consciousness a People's Movement in Bharat
Our flagship movement encourages citizens to understand their environmental impact, calculate their Carbon Footprint, take a Climate Pledge, make practical changes and inspire others.

Every Project. A Transparent Journey.
Every significant project should progressively have its own digital profile showing:
Our standard approach is:
Environmental impact should not simply be claimed.
It Should Be Documented.
